A gentle form of body work, where specific moves are performed over muscles and connective tissue. The move is a trigger picked up by the nervous system sending messages deep into the body, retrieving cellular memory to relax and balance the body. This technique addresses not only the musculoskeletal framework, but also the fascia (connective tissue), nerves and internal organs.
The body’s integrated response improves circulation and lymphatic drainage and aids in assimilation of nutrients and the elimination of toxins.

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to wellness based on the principle that the body has the inherent ability to heal itself. Using the healing power of nature and gentle therapeutic techniques, the body, mind and emotions are supported during the healing process. Naturopathy is effective in aiding the body to reach homeostasis when treating an array of health ailments such as; leaky gut syndrome, thyroid imbalance, anxiety, depression, diabetes, eczema, cardiovascular disease, pre-conception care, arthritis, sympathetic dominance, infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome, insulin resistance, osteoporosis, acne, respiratory disease, insomnia, and more.
Cupping refers to the ancient practice performed by the Egyptians and the Chinese where a cup is applied to the skin with various heat or suction to draw blood to the surface. Cupping is used for pain relief, softening scar tissue, releasing muscle tension, releasing and draining excess fluid and toxins, and improving blood circulation. It is a very common practice among athletes and is considered an effective treatment to increase motion and soothe sore and tired muscles. The increased blood flow to the treated areas helps to promote muscle healing.
Kelly, Tracy, Rex and Ivana provide cupping services.
Massage on High has been a focal massage clinic in Kyneton for the last 11 years. We have six massage therapists working throughout the week with their own specialties and touch.
I became interested in natural medicine in 2007 and decided to commit my life in pursuing an education and a career to helping people to nurture their innate capacity to self heal. I finished my Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) in 2014, while at the same time introducing 3 little baby boys into the world. Henceforth, I have had ample experience in treating children holistically to optimise their health and development. My passion for future study and pursuit is Post-traumatic Stress Disorder and mental illness. I feel this is an area of growing concern and appreciate the developmental approach of studies and treatment proposals in this otherwise taboo subject. I have completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage after obtaining a Certificate IV in Swedish Massage in 2010. Since then I have gained experience working at retreats and holistic clinics. I am close to finishing my diploma and will be continuing my massage education with Reflexology.
As a Remedial Massage and Bowen Therapist my approach is to offer a treatment that is specific to each individuals needs based on whether they are presenting with a musculoskeletal condition or simply for relaxation.
My knowledge in Remedial massage and Bowen therapy has taught me to identify the underlying issues that contribute to different acute and chronic conditions and how to resolve them working with specific techniques.
As the human body, including our muscles and organs, are completely surrounded by connective tissue, I believe it is important to balance our body by shifting our fascia and muscles which aids in the healing of our muscular ailments and releases muscle tension. I work with Bowen therapy and Myo-fascial cupping to aid in the re-alignment of our connective tissue.
I believe everyone is an individual and my aim is to help you tailor treatment to your specific requirements. I am here to work with you to identify and educate you on your presenting conditions.
I also believe the importance of stress and anxiety relief. My treatments focus on relieving muscle tension and improving functionality, together with relaxation and stress management. I have had previous experience in a clinic in the CBD, mobile massage, and worked in Altona. I specialise in ultra deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
An innovative young massage therapist, local to Kyneton, Celeste Garnaut has recently completed her certificate 4 in massage therapy. Celeste strives to provide the best possible care for my clients through communication, education and personal support. She aims to embrace a holistic approach through having conversations with clients about their everyday lives and stresses and inquiring about work and leisurely activities to ensure a well-rounded picture of
the issues the client is having and their causes. Celeste specializes in relaxation and deep tissue therapies and pride herself in being mind-body oriented in her approach to massage therapy.
Rex is a remedial massage therapist whose enthusiasm for health and wellbeing is infectious. He has a kind manner and is dedicated to the healing art of massage therapy.
After 25 years of developing policy for disadvantaged people to gain employment Rex needed time to heal and regenerate. He did this by spending time in Byron Bay, where he learnt to reconnect his mind, body and spirit. In fact the local indigenous Bandjalung and Arakwal people have had a long tradition of healing and birth there. It was also in Byron Bay that gave birth to Rex’s ambitions to heal with massage.
Rex brings an empathy and love of people into the gentle art of massage through relaxation, deep tissue, remedial and sports massage techniques.
“I aim to channel all my experiences and knowledge into my practice in order to heal and foster wellness”.

Hello, I am Nadine. I have a very nurturing touch and whole heartedly believe in the importance, and success, regular massage can bring to enrich out lives. Massage aims to relax a person physically, emotionally and mentally. It allows space and time for a person to pause and connect back, with themselves, and to their breath. It promotes the body’s natural healing abilities to ‘turn on’.
We live in a busy time and are often encouraged by outside factors to believe that our “busyness” makes us good. I disagree, allow me to remind you who you are by re-connecting with your breath, with yourself, here on my table.
From Relaxation to Remedial to Deep Tissue, whatever your body, mind and spirit need right now, is where I will meet you.
I am a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and I love what I do.
